Information we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, type of occasion and permission to respond. Your preferred event date, approximate guest count and message are optional. Please avoid including identification documents, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or other guests’ details in your message.

We keep the submitted enquiry, its reference and submission time, your follow-up consent and notification status. Hosting and security services may also record technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times. The enquiry system uses a keyed hash of an IP address for short-term rate limiting and a keyed hash of enquiry details to detect duplicates.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and arrangements, plan venue visits, manage follow-up and protect the form from misuse. Submitting the form gives permission for contact about that enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. It does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Cookie choices are separate from enquiry follow-up permission.

Who receives your information

Enquiries are stored in the venue’s WordPress system and made available to authorised administrators. Details may be sent to the venue’s designated staff through email and, where enabled, WhatsApp notifications. We use hosting, email and messaging providers to support these functions. WhatsApp notifications, where configured, use Twilio and WhatsApp/Meta; these providers may process data in other countries under their own arrangements.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to address misuse or protect lawful rights. External services opened through links, including Google Maps and WhatsApp, handle information under their own privacy policies.

Cookies and tracking

Our supplied website features do not add analytics or advertising trackers. A preference cookie remembers your cookie choice. WordPress may use essential login and preference cookies for account users. Read our Cookies Policy for details and use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information while it is needed for follow-up, event administration or applicable record-keeping and dispute requirements. Enquiries are reviewed and removed when no longer needed; submitting the form does not trigger automatic deletion after a fixed period. Email and messaging copies may have separate retention arrangements with their providers.

The form uses validation, anti-spam measures and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential documents through the enquiry form.

Your choices and requests

You can ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up by contacting yovandesigns@gmail.com or +91 98759 55507. Include enough information for us to locate your enquiry; we may need to verify your identity before acting. We will consider your request under applicable law and explain if information must be retained for a legitimate record-keeping requirement. Withdrawing permission may limit our ability to help with the enquiry and does not undo processing already carried out.

This website is intended for adults organising events and is not directed at children. If a child has supplied information without appropriate authorisation, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its removal.

Embedded Google Map

The Contact page includes an optional Google Map. It connects to Google only after you choose Load Google Map. That choice applies to the current page and does not change your general cookie preference. Google may receive your IP address and browser information and may use its own cookies under its Privacy Policy. Hide map removes the embedded frame and stops further use of that frame, but cannot undo information already sent to Google or clear cookies on Google’s domain. Opening Get directions also takes you to Google Maps.

Google security verification

When enabled, Google reCAPTCHA helps protect enquiry and account forms from automated abuse. It loads when you choose Start verification or attempt to submit a protected form. Google may process your IP address, browser/device information and interactions and use cookies to assess the request. The verification response is checked by our server before a submission is accepted. Review Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms. Starting this check is separate from the general cookie preference. If you cannot use it, contact the venue by phone.
